Chapter 1. General provisions and Seller’s details

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, as well as the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller.
Chapter 2. Definitions
- Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in the Store.
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Privileged Entrepreneur – an entrepreneur referred to in Article 7aa of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights.
- Goods – products offered for sale in the Store.
- Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
Chapter 3. Technical requirements
To use the Store, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- a current web browser,
- an active e-mail address.
Chapter 4. Conclusion of the sales contract
- Orders may be placed 24/7 via the Store.
- Information about the Goods constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.
- The Sales Contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail.
- The Seller may refuse to process an order if the Customer provides false or incomplete data.
Chapter 5. Prices and payments
- Prices of the Goods are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT).
- Available payment methods are presented on the Store’s website and in the shopping cart.
- The payment deadline for traditional bank transfer is 3 days from placing the order.
Chapter 6. Delivery
- Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland and European Union countries.
- Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are presented during the ordering process.
- The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery.
Chapter 7. Right of withdrawal from the contract
- The Consumer and the Privileged Entrepreneur have the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the Goods.
- The withdrawal statement may be submitted in any durable form.
- The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.
- The refund will be made within 14 days; however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received back or proof of return is provided.
- The refund includes the price of the Goods and the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered by the Seller.
Chapter 8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to Goods that are:
- custom-made or personalised,
- delivered in sealed packaging for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
- used in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Chapter 9. Complaints – lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract
- The Seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the Goods with the Sales Contract for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing to the Seller’s address.
- The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Customer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with applicable law.
- The Seller bears the costs of a justified complaint.
Chapter 10. Warranty
- The Goods may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, if granted.
- The warranty does not exclude or limit the Consumer’s statutory rights.
Chapter 11. Liability for damages
Claims for damages caused by the Goods are considered under the general rules of civil law and constitute a procedure separate from the complaint process.
Chapter 12. Final provisions
- Polish law shall apply to Sales Contracts concluded in the Store.
- None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limit the Consumer’s statutory rights.
- Amendments to the Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed after their publication.
