Small parcels and accessories

• 15.00 PLN – DPD courier, prepaid order
• 20.00 PLN – DPD courier, cash on delivery

Lower shipping costs are available for selected small products and accessories.

Standard parcels

• 19.00 PLN – DPD courier, prepaid order
• 24.00 PLN – DPD courier, cash on delivery

If your order contains both small accessories and larger products, the shipping cost may be charged according to the standard courier rate.

• Orders paid before 10:00 AM – usually shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM – usually shipped the next business day.
• Cash on delivery orders – are forwarded for processing immediately after placing the order.

• Europe – usually 3–6 business days from dispatch
• United Kingdom and Switzerland – usually 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on customs procedures

We ship orders to Poland, European Union countries, the United Kingdom and Switzerland by courier service.

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and parcel size.

• Small parcels and accessories – shipping from 15.00 PLN within Poland and from 18.10 PLN to European countries.
• Standard parcels including walking canes and elbow crutches – shipping from 19.00 PLN within Poland and from 23.98 PLN to European countries.
• Larger rehabilitation products, including tripods, quadripods, axillary crutches and forearm support crutches – shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and parcel size.

The exact shipping cost is calculated automatically and displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

🌍 Deliveries outside the European Union

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures.

The recipient may be required to pay customs duties, VAT or other local taxes according to the regulations of the destination country.
